  9. 1nmol/μL PIP2(8:0/8:0) 2μLを加え、溶媒を窒素気流で留去する。
  10. 得られた酸性脂質をメタノール/70%エチルアミン(100:0.065)0.05mLで再溶解後、1M炭酸水素アンモニウム水溶液0.03mLを混和し、試料とする。
